Here at Little Bows To Toes we always want you to be completely satisfied with your Purchase. So we can make sure you are completely staisfied, we will accept your return of full priced, unworn, unwashed, un-defective merchandise.
If you want to return a product please email us at Littlebowstotoes@gmail.com Items must be in brand new condition, with original tags attached.
When we have received your email request for return, we will then send you a return label to send with USPS. You are welcome to use the provided label or your own. We do not pay for the returns. if our return label provided is used, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
You have 7 days from when items are received or picked up to make a return after 7 days you will only receive a store credit and after 10 days items are final sale.
We are not responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged in delivery.
If your order received free shipping and your return bring your total of your order less then $100 an extra shipping charge of $7 will be deducted from your return.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after the delivery is confirmed via postal service.

Store Pickup
Items purchased online and picked up in store, follow our in store policy and store credit will be given.
You have 7 days from when you receive an email stating your order is ready for pickup to bring back any items to exchange.
If a pickup order is not picked up in 3 months it will be donated and can no longer be picked up.
Yom Tov Season Return Policy
All returns must be in store before yom tov starts. Returns that are shipped back must been scanned in the system before yom tov starts.
If you have any defects or damages with your products, please contact the company directly as they are responsible for the quality of their products.
